For women who’ve tried everything to feel good in their body— and are tired of starting over.

Helping you move from inconsistency, frustration, and disconnection… to feeling strong, calm, and at home in your body again.

If you’ve tried workout programs, routines, or “lifestyle changes”…
and nothing actually sticks—

I help women like you create a way of moving and caring for your body
that actually works…

without forcing yourself into rigid routines,
without starting over every few weeks,
even if you’ve lost trust in yourself to follow through.

Does any of this feel familiar?

You wake up thinking,
“Okay… today I’m getting back on track.”

And you mean it.
You’ve done this before. You can do hard things.

But by the end of the day…

nothing really changed.

You think about working out…
…but something in you just doesn’t follow through.

And then the thoughts start:

“Why can’t I just be consistent like a normal person?”

“I know what to do… so why am I not doing it?”

“I’m so tired of starting over.”

Some days, it’s quieter than that.

You’re just… stuck.

On the couch. On your phone.
Scrolling. Avoiding.

Thinking about all the things you should be doing—
working out, calling a friend, getting your life together—

…and doing none of them.

And somehow feeling worse by the minute.

Other days, it hits harder.

You catch your reflection and immediately zoom in on everything you don’t like.

Your legs.
Your stomach.
Your arms.

Feeling frustrated…
maybe even angry at yourself—

“Why haven’t I figured this out yet?”

And here’s the part that makes it even more confusing:

You are not this person in the rest of your life.

You show up.

You’ve built a career… or a business.
You take care of your family.
You’re the one people rely on.

When it comes to showing up for others?

👉 You are a rockstar.

Which makes this feel even more frustrating.

Because you know you’re capable.

It’s not that you don’t care.

👉 It’s that nothing has actually worked in a way that lasts.

Now imagine something different.

You wake up…
and you don’t immediately feel behind.

Your body feels more open.
More responsive.
More like yours.

Movement isn’t something you force…
…it’s something you actually come back to.

You trust yourself to follow through.
Not perfectly—but consistently.

You feel stronger.
Calmer.
More grounded.

And maybe for the first time in a long time…

you feel connected to your body

instead of constantly fighting it.

Hi, I’m Caitlyn.

I help women who feel stuck in cycles of starting over
learn how to work with their bodies—

so they can build strength, consistency, and trust that actually lasts.

This isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s not about more discipline.

It’s about finding a way that actually fits you.

This isn’t about getting fit in 30 days.  It's about getting and staying healthy...forever.

It’s about finally finding a way to look amazing, feel even better…
and actually crave taking care of your body—

in a way that lasts.

Most approaches either push you to go harder…

or leave you on your own to “stay consistent.”

This is different.

Instead of just giving you exercises to complete…
I coach you inside each movement—

helping you feel exactly where it’s working,
where your body is compensating,
and how to adjust in real time so it actually works.

You might start with less weight than you’re used to…
and at first think,

“This feels easier than I expected…”

until a few reps in—

“Wait… why is this so much harder?”

Because for the first time,
you’re actually using the right muscles.

From there, you build real strength—
on a foundation that actually lasts.

Because for the first time…
you’re not just going through the motions—

you’re actually connected to your body while you move.

You’ll hear things like:

“Where are you feeling this?”

(pause)

“Okay… we want it here.”

Or—

“Slow this down… brace your core… yes, right there. Feel that?”

Or even—

“You don’t have to push here. You can let yourself be in it.”

These small shifts change everything.

You use less weight.
Get more out of every movement.
And your body actually starts responding.

This isn’t random.

And it’s not another program you’re going to try and fall off of.

There’s a clear, supportive process we follow.

Step 1: Start where you are

We look at your body, your patterns, your history.
No guessing. No generic plans.

Step 2: Build your foundation

Mobility. Strength. Stability.

You learn how to actually use your body correctly.

Step 3: Stay in motion

You don’t stop when life gets hard.

You shift.

So you never fall off again.

Step 4: Shift the patterns

The self-criticism.

The all-or-nothing thinking.

You stop being controlled by them.

Step 5: Results that last

You feel stronger.
Your body looks different.

People notice.

Your arms.
Your shape.
Your energy.

You’re probably already spending money trying to fix this.

Gym memberships.
Classes.
Supplements.
Skincare.

It adds up.

$500… $800… $1000+ a month.

And still…

something isn’t clicking.

Because none of that fixes the core problem:

knowing how to work with your body in a way that sticks.

And if you zoom out…

you probably already know—

if you had a way to move your body consistently…

you likely wouldn’t need most of those things.

READY FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

You don’t need another program.

You need something that actually works for you.

💬 What this can look like in real life

One of my clients, Laura, came in feeling stuck in a way that might feel familiar.

Evenings were usually spent having wine with friends, going out to dinners,
or staying close to home so she could be available for her dad.

Her life was full—just not in a way that supported her body.

She wanted to feel better…
but nothing ever really stuck.

Not because she didn’t care—

but because every time she tried, it felt like she had to force it.

And eventually… she’d fall off again.

What changed wasn’t that she suddenly became more disciplined.

It’s that she found a way of moving her body that actually worked for her.

Now?

She’s walking with friends early in the morning—five days a week.
She does Pilates twice a week.
She consistently shows up to her sessions.

Not because she “has to”…

but because it actually feels good to.

Her body has changed in a really noticeable way—

but more importantly…

her entire lifestyle has shifted.

She’s drinking less.

Moving more.

Prioritizing herself in a way she never had before.

And instead of trying to motivate herself…

she actually looks forward to it.

It’s no longer something she’s trying to “get back to.”

It’s just part of her life now.

And that’s the difference—

it finally stuck.

Imagine going on a trip… a hike… even just your day—

and not thinking about your body the whole time.

Just being in it.

Feeling strong.

Capable.

Present.

You don’t have to keep starting over.

There is a different way.

And it works.
